Spalding Flower Parade 2009

Spalding and the surrounding towns and villages in the South Holland area are once again preparing to welcome thousands of visitors to this year’s May Bank Holiday celebrations.
A “new-look” Parade will travel through the centre of Spalding during the afternoon of Saturday 2nd May and will include a floral cavalcade of traditional floats decorated in fresh tulip heads as well as other entries from local community groups and villages.
There will also be a Carnival Finale, with over 180 school children taking part in a co-ordinated dance and musical procession.

Carnival Finale

Presented by Polka Dot Academy of Performing Arts with over 180 children taking part in a choreographed music and dance performance.
